What the heck is TomeCast?

Welcome to the TomeCast Podcast. I’m Brian Rollins and I’m your host and narrator for this fiction podcast. What can you expect from Tome Cast? Each episode is a chapter or more of a classic novel. I’ve always wanted to read these novels aloud and this is my chance to do it and share it with all of you. I’ve been narrating audiobooks for over a decade and realized that, while these books have been available for some time, they’re either poorly narrated by someone using an iPhone or, worse, they’re AI narrated. These are human-written stories that deserve a human performance. So, here we go.

You can wait and listen to the whole book all at once or get a little bit every week. Your call. You can read along with the audiobooks by visiting TomeCast.com. There will be transcripts of each show uploaded there, so you can read along to help digest the text or to become a better reader.

If you’ve always wanted to read (or listen to) classic works of fiction, here’s your chance to do it, a little at a time.

You can also listen along with your kids. Get them interested in the great works of fiction from a young age. This is a great way to broaden their literacy while doing the morning commute or a road trip.
